What if my new Dog Nappy, Cat Nappy or Rabbit Nappy does not fit ?

In rare cases, the cat, rabbit or dog nappy dog diaper supplied may be slightly too small or too large, as sizing of these products is not an exact science. Waist measurement, age and gender are the best guide we have, but obviously other factors such as individual body shape and muscle wastage may effect the sizing.

We will exchange the cat, rabbit or dog nappy dog diaper for a more appropriate size at no extra cost, and you also have our "no quibble guarantee".

What are Dog Nappies (dog diaper), Cat Nappies or Rabbit Nappies and how do they work ?

Our Nappies utilise high quality materials and reusable fiber technology, designed to fit comfortably around your pet, reliably capturing and then preventing leakage of urine.

Your pet simply wears the pet nappy like a pair of shorts, which have adjustable velcro straps for a perfect fit click for more info.

--- The pet nappy shorts are the outer garment, rather like a pair of human shorts, however, specifically designed for pets.

A disposable inner liner pad is placed inside of the pet nappy, to absorb the urine click for more info.

--- The pet nappy shorts holds the inner liner pad in the correct position and the inner liner pad soaks up the urine, as well as protecting the nappy from urine or solid waste.

Please note: Liner pads need to be ordered as a separate item, in addition to the nappy.

All liner pads are specially sized to suit the gender and size of your pet. When you order liner pads, we automatically select the correct size for you.

The disposable liner pads are then removed when full of urine, and replaced with a new liner pad click for more info.

Step 3
Step 4
Step 5

Remove the inner liner pad self adhesive backing and position the liner pad inside the nappy, from the tail hole to the end of the nappy, where the straps are.

Gently insert the tail through the tail-hole.

Place the flat end of the nappy along the spine and pass the straps between the hind legs.

Bring the straps up from under your dog and fix them onto the Velcro.

Adjust on both sides for a comfortable fit.

Adjust the tail locking mechanism for comfort, so it is snug but not too tight.

Once your dog becomes mobile, re-adjust the tail locking mechanism and velcro straps to better accommodate protection and mobility.

Give lots of praise and reassurance to your dog.

Why are the Male & Female designs different ?

For anatomical reasons, it is essential that the dog nappy, dog diaper shape & design is different for Male and Female.

Obviously urine is expelled from the body from different areas for male and females, and so the design needs to reflect this to work properly.

Does a Dog Nappy, dog diaper stop odours ?

Yes - most odours are caused by bacteria in urine, and normally the bacteria present is "Proteus".

When a dog urinates, these bacteria simply multiply and produce ammonia as a by-product.

This ammonia is the cause of the strong urine smell in your home, especially if its warm. Our Dog Nappies, Cat nappies and Rabbit Nappies prevent urine leakage and so protects your home from urine and the associated smells.

We also have a range of additional products that will also help reduce odours caused by dog incontinence, cat incontinence and rabbit incontinence.
